Field Type - Multi-line 
This field type in the form builder allows you to capture multiple lines of data within a form.

To add a Multi-line field to the form, under
Form builder, click
(Add) icon in the command bar.

In the Field properties window, enter or
select the field information as shown.
- To add the Multi-line field to the form, click Add.

To see this field added to the form, from the top right corner of the screen,
click
(View) icon.
