Troubleshooting the AppViewX-ServiceNow Connection
The following table captures the causes of connectivity failure between
AppViewX and ServiceNow and solution for troubleshooting:

| Incorrect Client ID and/or Client Secret | Check if the Client ID and Client Secret entered is correct. |
| Client Secret has expired or is incorrect | Regenerate the Client Secret. Note: For
more information on regenerating the client secret, refer to
Step 11 of the Creating a Service
Account in AppViewX section. The Client Secret expires in 180 days (default). However, you can modify the validity period as per your requirement. |
