Email General Settings
Configure the email body through the settings available on the General section.
- Design a workflow.
- From the Notification section, drag and drop an Email task.

In the Email task window, under
Properties, in the General
section, enter or select the field information.
Fields Description *Email name Enter the name for the email. Description Enter the description for the email. *Task ID The task id is populated by defaul. Hide Task Toggle button to hide tasks. Enable approval via email Toggle button to enable approvals via email. Auto reply Toggle button to set an auto reply. Hide approval action Toggle button to hide approval actions. Subject Enter the subject for the email. To Select the recipient to whom the email is addressed to (user, roles, or user groups can be added). To add other recipeint email address, who will receive a copy of the email, click CC on the right of the TO field, and select the recipients (user, roles, or user groups can be added).
To add hidden recipeint who will receive a copy of the email but will not be visible to all, click BCC on the right of the CC field, and select the recipients (user, roles, or user groups can be added).Note: The BCC field will not be visible if the Enable approval via email and Auto reply toggles are enabled.Configure Template Toggle button to configure email template. Enable custom email header Toggle button to enable custom email headers. Compose email Text editor with formatting option to compose the email body. -
Click Save.
You can use this task within your workflow to send email attachments dynamically.
