Deleting Tenants

MSP Tenants that are in Active, Expired, or Failed states and Trial tenants will have the ‘delete’ action button option on the tenant inventory page. For tenant deletion in MSP (Managed Service Provider), it is crucial to designate Level-1 (L1) and Level-2 (L2) approvers. These approvers are users or user groups authorized to approve tenant deletion requests.

L1 Approvers: The first set of users or user groups responsible for validating and approving the initial deletion request.
L2 Approvers: The second set of approvers who review and approve the request after it has been validated by the L1 approvers.

The Delete Tenant Approval Settings page allows you to assign L1 and L2 approvers. In the MSP provisioning cluster, the MSP admin user has default authority to select approvers. Although any MSP sub-user can initiate a tenant deletion request, the request will only succeed if it is approved by the designated L1 and L2 approvers configured in the deletion settings menu.
