Delete Tenant Approval Settings

  1. Go to (Menu) > Settings > Delete Tenant Approval.
    The Delete Tenant Approval page is displayed.
  2. In the Delete Tenant Approval page enter the field information as described in the table below:

    Field Description
    Level 1 Approver (Mandatory) Configure either User(s) or User group(s) as level 1 approver for tenant deletion action. Select one or many users/user groups from the dropdown.
    Note: If the user is associated with the MSP User Group or MSP Access Resource, they can approve the deletion request without being added as L1 or L2 approvers.
    Level 2 Approver (Mandatory) Configure either User(s) or User group(s) as level 2 approver for tenant deletion action. Select one or many users/user groups from the dropdown.
    Note:
    • The L1 approver (user) must be different from the L2 approver (user).
    • If the user is associated with the MSP User Group or MSP Access Resource, they can approve the deletion request without being added as L1 or L2 approvers.
    *Licensed Tenant Retention Period (Retention Period Time(in days)) Enter the retention period value between 30 and 366 days.
    Note: Trial tenants have a fixed retention period of 30 days. For production tenants, the retention period can be configured between 30 and 366 days.

  3. Click Save.
