Managing White Labels

White labeling is essential for MSPs' tenants because it allows the MSPs to customize the platform with their own branding, providing a seamless experience for their tenants.

To upload the logos and favicons that will be displayed on the tenants' applications and emails, go to (Menu) > MSP Portal > Management > White Label Refer to the section Customizing the AppViewX User Interface for the detailed steps.

Note: It is crucial to customize the email templates sent to customers to prevent AppViewX logos being displayed for the MSP’s customers.
