Disable mTLS

Disable mTLS

Disabling mTLS refers to switching the cloud connector communication mode from mTLS to Standard TLS. It uses the same workflow as the Enable mTLS. The Disable mTLS feature can be performed by the SREs only, upon request.

From the Tenant Management Inventory,select the checkboxfor the required tenant, and from the enabled Action dropdown, select Disable mTLS.
The Tenant Management Screen page is displayed with the Tenant Details section and mTLS Details section autofilled and read only.
In the Cloud Connector Details section, select the respective CC (multiple CCs can be selected, as required).
Click Disable mTLS.
The workflow request is generated for disabling the mTLS.
Note: To view the workflow stages, from the Request Info column, click the specific request id.

In case of any failures the workflow is retried three times. If unsuccessful, the SREs will have to manually resolve the issues and reinitiate the disable mTLS workflow.
