Accessing the Tenant Environment

Tenant login allows MSP admins to act on behalf of their clients with the help of MSP credentials. This feature enables MSP admins to provide support, manage resources, and perform administrative tasks directly within the clients' environments.

MSPs have two options for logging into tenant environments:
  1. When logged in as local users, MSPs can use the same credentials to access the tenant.
  2. If logged in as SSO users, MSPs can seamlessly log into tenant environments without re-entering SSO credentials.
Note: MSP admins can login to a tenant only if the tenant, at the time of their first login, has selected the Allow MSP Users to access this tenant in the EULA/terms and conditions page.
