Auto-Deletion of Trial/Production Tenants

As the trial period comes to an end, the customer can opt for the following:

Extension of the trial period: The trial period can be extended for up to a maximum of 60 days. For more information on extending the trial period, click here.
Upgrading to a licensed version: At the end of the trial period, the tenant can be upgraded to a licensed version. For more information on this, click here.
Not upgrade: If a trial tenant does not wish to upgrade to a licensed account after the retention period is over, the tenant database will be deleted automatically at the end of the day through a cron job and will be marked with status as "deleted".
Note:
- After a tenant is deleted from the system, the MongoDB backup for the deleted tenant remains stored in AWS S3 for 30 days. After this period, the backup is permanently deleted.
- Trial tenants have a fixed retention period of 30 days. For production tenants, the retention period can be configured between 30 and 366 days from the Delete Tenant Approval Settings page.
