Troubleshooting

Windows acme client > HTTP challenge (especially for IIS)

If the IIS challenge validation fails (when using the IIS webroot method), even though the hostname correctly resolves to the Windows server and the required ports are open, verify the MIME types configuration for the IIS site. Click Add under MIME Types, and add the following entries:
