System Configuration
It controls how Agent Identity Security schedules background jobs, evaluates agent posture, and calculates risk scores across your environment.
System Configuration is where you tune the operational behavior of the Agent Identity Security platform itself. Changes here affect how frequently Agent Identity Security syncs data from connected integrations, how it flags posture issues, and how it weights risk signals when scoring agents.
These settings apply platform-wide. Changes take effect for all agents, integrations, and users in your tenant.
System Configuration is divided into three areas:
| Card | Description |
|---|---|
| Job System | Opens the Job System configuration page. Allows administrators to define synchronisation intervals, schedule background jobs, set data retention periods, and allocate worker threads for processing tasks. |
| Agent Posture | Opens the Agent Posture configuration page. Allows administrators to configure MCP server health-check thresholds, define inactivity detection windows for unused agents, and set rate limits. |
| Risk Configuration | Opens the Risk Configuration page. Allows administrators to customise the risk scoring model by adjusting weights assigned to individual risk categories and signals. |
Important: It is intended for platform administrators.
Changes to risk weights and posture thresholds directly affect what appears on the Home
Dashboard and in Agent Posture. Consult with your security team before modifying
defaults.
