Accessing Auto Remediation Configuration
This topic describes Accessing Auto Remediation Configuration.
Procedure
- On the installer host, start the AppViewX Interactive IU the same way as for install or upgrade (from the installer scripts directory, typically ./install.sh).
- At the main menu, select option 8 - Auto Remediation configuration.
- Complete any installer authentication prompts (SSH/sudo as required).
- The Auto Remediation Configuration submenu is displayed.
If option 8 cannot start

| Namespace auto-remediation was not found. | Auto Remediation components are not present in the cluster. | Auto Remediation is installed by default with AppViewX. Re-run the AppViewX installation, or from scripts run: ./auto_remediation.sh --install --non-interactive. Then retry option 8. |
Note: IU option 8 requires the same admin kubeconfig and
appviewx.conf as other post-install IU operations.
