Issues in Configuring Amazon CA

Unable to save CA settings CA Settings name already exists. A CA setting with the same name for Amazon already exists in inventory. Check the CA setting name; it should be unique.
Please provide information as required. Some of the mandatory fields might be missing or might be invalid. Add valid information in the mandatory section.
Connection failed due to incorrect CA settings details : The request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided. Check your AWS Secret Access Key and signing method. Secret access key or access key is incorrect. Please check the provided access key and secret key is valid.
Unable to establish connection with CA. The configured CA details may be incorrect. Check the CA details configured on the CA settings page.
Proxy details may not be configured. Check whether proxy details are configured in proxy settings.
AppViewX may not be able to reach CA. Check whether network access is available.

Issues in Enrolling an Amazon CA Certificate

  • Check whether proxy details are configured in proxy settings. Check whether network access is available.
Unable to establish connection, Please ensure Proxy / Internet connectivity.
  • Internet connectivity may be unavailable.
  • Invalid URL provided in CA Settings.
  • Please check Internet connectivity to reach CA.
  • Please Check whether a valid CA URL is provided in CA Settings or Contact Support Team.
Insufficient privilege for the user to create a certificate. Request accepted but operation is refused due to insufficient privileges, disabled features, etc. Please refer to the user privileges in the Amazon server for creating certificates or Contact Support Team.
Invalid Create Certificate Payload Missing or invalid input parameters / JSON body in the request. Please validate the input parameters/payload provided or contact AppViewX Support

Issues in Renewing an Amazon Certificate

Look for an email from ACM, and then follow the link in that email to validate your domain Domain validation required Check for email triggered from ACM to validate the domain.
One or more domain names were not validated before the certificate expired, and ACM did not renew the certificate. You can request a new certificate. Issue in domain name validation. Check whether the provided domain is valid.
ACM hasn't started the managed renewal process for this certificate. ACM has not started the renewal request for the provided certificate. Retry the request after some time.
Unable to establish connection with CA The configured CA details may be incorrect. Check the CA details configured on the CA settings page.
Proxy details may not be configured. Check whether proxy details are configured in proxy settings.
AppViewX may not be able to reach CA. Check whether network access is available.

Issues in Revoking an Amazon CA Certificate
