Assign Free Plan Roles and Resources to User Group

After product activation, a popup will appear, displaying a list of user groups, allowing the admin to select the desired user group(s) from the dropdown and grant access accordingly.

If user groups haven't been selected post-activation, admin can manually assign a free plan role to the user group from Platform > IDENTITY.

To Assign Free Plan Access to User Group:

  1. On the User Group page, select the user group you want to grant access to the activated free plan product.
    Note: Free plan Roles will be added in the roles inventory after the product is activated.
  2. Click the Roles tab, select the checkbox against the activated Free Plan Role - [Product Name].
    The following free plan product roles will be added to the roles inventory upon activation of free plan.
    • Free Plan Role - ADC
    • Free Plan Role - CERT
    • Free Plan Role - DDI
    • Free Plan Role - KUBE
    • Free Plan Role - PKI
    • Free Plan Role - SIGN.
  3. Click Save.
    The Free Plan Role is assigned successfully to the user group.
