Upgrading the avx-app

Note the following limitations when upgrading avx-app to a higher version of AppViewX:

Update the helm charts as provided by AppViewX in the repository (github/gitlab).
In helm_charts/avx_app/values.yaml update the image tag with the new upgrade image version.
Sync avx-app in ArgoCD.
