Modifying the Device and Certificate Synchronization Cron Job

To modify the Device and Certificate Synchronization cron job:

  1. Go to (Menu) > CERT+ > ADMINISTRATION > Job Scheduler.
    The Job Scheduler page is displayed. The Device and Certificate synchronization cron job is listed on this page, along with its details.
  2. Under Task Name, click Device and Certificate synchronization.
    The Device and Certificate synchronization pop-up window is displayed.
  3. Enter the following details:

    Field Description
    *Description Enter a description of what the cron job is for.
    *Time Zone From the dropdown list, select the time zone in which this cron job will be scheduled.
    *Occurrence Type From the dropdown list, select a frequency from the following options:
    • Daily
    • Weekly
    • Monthly
    • Minutes
    *Starts On
    Note: This field is not displayed when Occurrence Type = Minutes.
    Click (Calendar widget) to select a date on which the cron job will be triggered.
    Repeat
    Note: This field is displayed when Occurrence Type = Daily.
    From the dropdown list, select the number of times the cron job should be triggered in a day.

    When Occurrence Type = Minutes, from the Repeat dropdown list, select the interval between two triggers in minutes
    *Repeat On
    Note: This field is displayed only when Occurrence Type = Weekly.
    Select the checkbox corresponding to the day(s) of the week on which you want the cron job to be triggered.
    Summary Displays a summary of the selections made for scheduling the cron job

  4. Click Update.
    The details of the cron job are updated on the Job Scheduler page.
