Add/Modify Comments for Server Certificate

To add/modify comments for certificate(s):

On the Server Certificate page, select the certificate that you want to revoke.
From the Actions dropdown, click Add/Modify Comments.
In the Add/Modify Comments dialog box that is displayed, enter a comment and click Save.
