Uploading a Certificate

You can upload either the end certificate or trust store certificates in the certificate inventory. Once uploaded, the certificate will be applied by the policy based on the associated certificate group.
Note: When uploading a certificate that was discovered from a managed device (such as F5), AppViewX assigns a default CA connector (EliteSSL) as a placeholder. This default connector supports only a single domain identity. If your certificate contains multiple SANs (Subject Alternative Names), you must run a CA Discovery/scan after uploading to associate the correct CA connector and certificate profile. Skipping this step may result in the renewed certificate being issued with fewer SANs than the original.

To upload a certificate,

  1. Go to (Menu) > CLM > CERTIFICATE INVENTORY > Upload.
The Upload Certificate page is displayed.
  2. Enter/Select the Upload Certificatedetails.
