CERT

MSCA client certificate enrollment now supports enforcing the Email Address field as mandatory when configured in the CA policy.
Removed special character restrictions on certificate attributes, custom attributes, and vendor-specific fields. Special characters such as &, |, #, and $ are now supported, enabling greater flexibility in certificate requests.
Resolved an issue where a mismatch between the Non-Standard Certificate Self-Signed count and the crypto score calculation caused inconsistencies in reporting. Reporting metrics are now accurately aligned for improved visibility and reliability.
Updated the compliance validation logic to exclude the Organizational Unit (OU) attribute from checks. Additionally, the blocked domains policy is now enforced across both the Common Name (CN) and Subject Alternative Name (SAN) fields to ensure stronger domain compliance controls.
Enabled downloading of all GoDaddy certificates when the applicable configuration flag is set to disabled. This ensures certificate downloads function as expected based on the configured flag behaviour.
The validation logic has been corrected to ensure the field is properly updated, preventing unintended policy rejections during certificate issuance.
